MOST OF US KNOW THAT CORPORATIONS INVEST A LOT OF MONEY TO CUT COSTLY CORNERS AND HIDE THE PUBLIC RISKS THAT COME WITH IT. MEANWHILE, WE BREATHE THEIR CHEMICALS. WE DRINK THEM. WE FEED THEM TO OUR KIDS.
But we can’t let the toxic chemical companies get away with it just because they bought the rules that say they can. More than ever, Americans need a way to unite and fight the corporations (and lawmakers they keep in their pocket) that put profits over public safety. We can’t trust the regulations and laws that claim to keep us safe. And while the people in power exploit weak rules and count their money, toxic chemicals are causing cancer, infertility, Parkinson’s, and lifelong health problems for the rest of us.
So we partnered with Earthjustice to launch an awareness-to-action campaign that lends a bold voice to every coalition, community, and family fighting to protect their right to safe air, water, and food. We set out to spark a collective fight to defend health, safety, and fairness by calling out corporations for knowingly poisoning us and giving people real ways to get involved.
No more profits over people. No more hiding the hazards while we get sick. No more rules written for them. It’s time to take down toxics.
